Do you accept walk-in appointments?
- Yes, we accept walk-ins for urgent care or emergencies.
- Please call ahead so we can prepare for your visit and decrease your wait time.
Does your hospital offer payment plans?

Do you accept pet insurance?
- Pet insurance is a health care policy you purchase that reimburses you for certain medical expenses depending on your chosen plan. Pet insurance cannot be used as a form of payment.
- We highly recommend purchasing pet insurance. Our dedicated team of receptionists can help you choose a plan and submit your claim forms for reimbursement.
How to prepare for your first visit
- Please bring a valid ID (for example, a driver’s license).
- We recommend you bring your pet’s medical records and vaccine history to your first appointment with us.
- For younger animals, we also recommend you bring in a fresh fecal sample to test for parasites.
