Do you accept walk-in appointments?
  • Yes, we accept walk-ins for urgent care or emergencies.
  • Please call ahead so we can prepare for your visit and decrease your wait time.
Does your hospital offer payment plans?

Bay Street Animal Hospital offers our clients CareCredit and Scratchpay as payment plan options. Learn more about CareCredit and Scratchpay below.

Do you accept pet insurance?
  • Pet insurance is a health care policy you purchase that reimburses you for certain medical expenses depending on your chosen plan. Pet insurance cannot be used as a form of payment.
  • We highly recommend purchasing pet insurance. Our dedicated team of receptionists can help you choose a plan and submit your claim forms for reimbursement.
How to prepare for your first visit
  • Please bring a valid ID (for example, a driver’s license).
  • We recommend you bring your pet’s medical records and vaccine history to your first appointment with us.
  • For younger animals, we also recommend you bring in a fresh fecal sample to test for parasites.
